I have attached the signal which I have cleaned manually, but in this signal also there is a bit noise which I have to delete furthur. tsmean mean( ts ) returns the mean of the data samples in a timeseries object. The code which you have provided is working as well but not for entire signal as you told. average means the sum of a list of numbers divided by the size of the list, in other words the arithmetic.
